Elevation/declination geometry follows standard alt-az spherical astronomy. Site limits sourced from each facility's observatory status documents (NRAO VLA OSS, GMRT status document, MeerKAT/SARAO specs, ASKAP/RACS papers, Chandra POG, Swift Technical Handbook, NuSTAR mission paper, XMM-Newton AO documentation). Solar position uses the Astronomical Almanac's low-precision formula (±0.01°). Lunar position uses the Astronomical Almanac low-precision series (page D46, ±0.1–0.3°), verified against a published worked example. Deadlines current as of June 2026. Always verify against the facility's own call for proposals before submitting.
